Economical single wearable varnish, additives can be added according to the printing requirements, but also can be used alone.

 The main ingredient
Special water-based acrylic resin, a variety of additives.

 The main physical indicators
Test Method: PH reference to GB / T 14518-93; solid content with reference to GB / T 2793-1995; viscosity reference to GB / T 1723-93; gloss referring to GB / T 24289-2009; wear reference to GB / T 7706 - 2008.
Appearance: milky white liquid, even without impurities;
Odor: mild odor, non-irritating;
PH value of 7-8;
Solid content: 40 ± 2% (105 ℃ ± 5 ℃ / 3h);
Viscosity: 25 ± 5s (Tu -4 cups # 25 ℃);
Gloss :45-55 ° (depending on paper, 60-degree angle);
Wear: 80g/m2 clean sheet of paper to test 200-300 times (hard work, 20 N pressure).

 Use
A dilution ratio: water or water and ethanol (1:1) diluted with a solvent, etc., it is recommended to use the diluent of not more than 10%; oil should satisfy the principle of paper, if excessive dilution may affect the gloss, resistance to wear resistance and leveling; contrary diluted varnish can also cause inadequate leveling bad, drying speed is too slow.
2, the coating weight: depending on oil quality and gloss paper requirements, are generally inline coating coating weight 3 ~ 6g/m2, offline glazing coating weight 4 ~ 8g/m2;
3, the drying conditions: hot air drying or heating during the drying operation of the meter display device temperature not lower than 70 ℃.

 Precautions
1, the initial use of the company's products need to guide our technicians;
2 Stir before using varnish, adjust the appropriate viscosity, inline coating under normal circumstances not directly used to adjust the viscosity, viscosity offline polish appropriately diluted varnish coating according to the requirements;
3, the varnish formulation particularly sophisticated, is prohibited without adding any other additional material recommended by the supplier, but also to prevent contamination, that may arise during use;
4, 12 hours after polishing varnish in order to achieve the best performance of the state, completely dry, there is a very good waterproof, anti-penetration, anti-slip effect.
5, the device can be cleaned with water, dry the varnish can be used to remove isopropyl alcohol or ethanol.

1,50 kg or 200kg drum or according to customer requirements;
2, closed storage, stored in a cool dry place indoor ventilation, suitable storage temperature 5-30 ℃;
3, antifreeze, prohibit exposure;
4, room temperature stability, shelf-life at 5-30 ℃ 6 months.
